Find the answer to your questions from our following FAQ:
A parcel number is made up of 8 alphanumeric characters (example: 00A6Z78A) or a series of 12 digits (example: 36631234567).
If you benefit from FlexDelivery Service delivery , you can find it in the email or SMS announcing the delivery of your package.
For all other services, you can find the GLS parcel number on the order confirmation email from your supplier.
You can authorize GLS to leave the parcel at an agreed location, such as your garage. Simply download the residential drop-off authorization, print it, complete it, and follow the written instructions, or hand it directly to the GLS delivery driver.
This residential deposit authorization may be exceptional or general. You can also revoke it at any time by submitting a request to us.

Our deliveries are guaranteed within 24 hours to most departments. Towards Europe, packages to neighboring countries are delivered between 24 and 96 hours, while for more distant destinations, delivery times are generally between 72 and 120 hours.
If your delivery benefits from the FlexDelivery Service , we will inform you when your package is ready for delivery.
Our deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If you have received a delivery notice (paper or electronic), you can log in to www.uni-track.fr . After completing the reference number of your delivery notice and the initial postal code of the delivery address, you can change the delivery date.
It is an alphanumeric reference composed of 5 or 6 characters (Example: 1LYMØ9). It is also called Track-ID.
You can find this reference on the document left in your mailbox by our delivery driver if you are unavailable when he comes by or in the SMS/email we sent you if we encounter a difficulty delivering your package (address problem for example).
With online parcel tracking, you can track your package at any time.
Please note: The delivery route or location of your package may not always appear direct or close to your home because your package is being handled by one of our 86 distribution agencies.
To find out where your package is right now, simply enter its number or the delivery notice number. Track my package
If your delivery benefits from the FlexDelivery Service , you will be informed by email and SMS and you can choose your preferred delivery solution.
For all other services, when ordering online, you can indicate another delivery address (at your workplace, for example, if your employer allows you to do so).
You can also set up a home delivery authorization to the desired location in your absence. The delivery driver can then leave the package at your address in your absence, in an easily accessible location that you have indicated.
If you have not selected one of these options in advance and if no third party can receive it, subject to the availability of our partner, your package can be delivered to a GLS Relay to allow you to collect it easily.
If none of these alternative solutions are available to our delivery person, then your package will be returned to our delivery agency.
All you need to do is give this person informal written authorization. This authorization must include your name and address, as well as the name and address of the person who will be collecting the package. You can also fill out the form on the delivery notice. The authorized person must present the authorization and a valid identity card or passport.
If your package is reported as delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to file a complaint with your sender. To do this, you must send them a sworn statement of non-receipt.
The postal code of the delivery address must be entered, or the postal code of the GLS Relay point chosen when ordering.
When a package is redirected to a different postal code, you must always enter the original postal code of the delivery.
