You can authorize GLS to leave the parcel at an agreed location, such as your garage. Simply download the residential drop-off authorization, print it, complete it, and follow the written instructions, or hand it directly to the GLS delivery driver.

This residential deposit authorization may be exceptional or general. You can also revoke it at any time by submitting a request to us.

A parcel number is made up of 8 alphanumeric characters (example: 00A6Z78A) or a series of 11 digits (example: 36631234567).

If you have a FlexDelivery Service delivery , you can find it in the email or SMS announcing the estimated delivery date and time slot.

For all other services, you can find the GLS parcel number on the order confirmation email from your supplier.

It is an alphanumeric reference composed of 5 or 6 characters (Example: 1LYMØ9). It is also called Track-ID.

You can find this reference on the document left in your mailbox by our delivery driver if you are unavailable when he comes by or in the SMS/email we sent you if we encounter a difficulty delivering your package (address problem for example).

The postal code of the delivery address must be entered, or the postal code of the GLS Relay point chosen when ordering.
When a package is redirected to a different postal code, you must always enter the original postal code of the delivery.
